Google blocks Henrico County CA Shannon Taylor's motion for international fugitives email account
A May 31, 2019 motion and order signed by Henrico County Circuit Court Judge Gary Hicks that was served on Google llc, ordering to produce the email records of international fugitive Nickolas Spanos has been denied by Google.
A June 25, 2019 notice to Nickolas Spanos from Google, notified him of the May 31, 2019 order sent to Google which requested his personal email account records. Google gave Spanos 7 days to respond with a court stamped motion to quash. The reason by the Henrico CA and the HPD was "obstruction of justice", a misdemeanor offence. CLICK TO READ ORDER
A July 01, 2019 Motion to Quash, the Henrico County CA request through Judge Gary Hicks was submitted by Spanos, acting as Pro Se, to Judge Lee A. Harris, as Spanos has a pending case in the Henrico Circuit court for thirteen indictments for allegedly conspiring to distribute cocaine in 1998-1999. CLICK TO READ MOTION TO QUASH
Spanos emphasised in his filing that allowing such illegal action would undermine the United States Constitutional rights of not only the Defendant but set a precedence for all cases in Henrico County Circuit Court.
A copy of the Motion to Quash was sent to Google, who in turn notified the Henrico CA that they have denied the access to the personal email account of Spanos. Spanos claimed violations of attorney-client privilege and freedom of the press, as Spanos is known for his exposure of corruption on numerous blog sites, websites and Face Book pages, even publishing books about corruption.

Henrico assistant CA Robert Windle claimed in his brief that Spanos was obstructing justice by intimidating the main witness in his thirteen indictments, submitting as evidence articles written by Spanos in his blogs, which exposed the main witness, Sierra Elaina Cooke as a con artist. Spanos filed an Answer to Brief on August 09, 2019 in the Henrico County Circuit Court, again stating various constitutional rights violations such as attorney-client privilege and freedom of the press. CLICK TO READ DEFENDANTS ANSWER TO BRIEF
Spanos submitted emails of the main witness as evidence of her stalking him, attempting to extort money from him and his family, threatening him, racial slurs towards his family, and other evidence which substantiates her perjury in grand jury hearings.
Even more importantly, Spanos used the subject email account to communicate with the Richmond FBI about corruption and bribery by Henrico CA Shannon Taylor, giving specific details of bribes paid through campaign contributions by known individuals to Shannon Taylor, in exchange for Taylor's refusal to extradite Spanos from the Philippines and Greece.
The international fugitive's case, which has reached over 20 years in the Henrico Circuit court has been encased in heavy allegations of corruption, bribery and other prosecutor misconduct. The case leaves many unanswered questions on why three generations of Henrico County Commonwealth Attorneys have avoided to extradite the fugitive, even denying his request to be transported back to Virginia to face the charges against him.
